Step 05

Follow up

Follow-up labs and visits check how you feel and keep your levels where they should be.

Step 06

Adjust as life changes

Hormone needs shift over time. Your plan is reviewed and updated as you go.

Why testing comes first

Your plan is built on your numbers

Symptoms like fatigue, weight gain and low mood can come from hormones, but they can also come from thyroid problems, low iron, poor sleep or medications. Testing first helps us find the real cause and avoid treating the wrong thing.

Your lab results also set your starting dose. Rechecking them during treatment is how we keep therapy both effective and safe.
