- Your health and surgical history
- Notes on your symptoms and when they started

What happens
Step 01
Your story
We review your symptoms, cycle or sexual health history, sleep, mood, family history and goals.
Step 02
Labs
If you have not had recent hormone labs, we will arrange testing so decisions are based on your numbers.
Step 03
Your options
Once results are in, Dr. Bernell explains what they mean and which treatments make sense, including whether pellets are a good fit.
No pressure. Some patients are not candidates for hormone therapy, and some decide it is not for them. Either way, you will leave with a clearer picture of what is going on and what your options are.
